My wife and I owned a seven-figure home in North Raleigh that had become outdated, and we needed to sell during a soft market. For 16 months, we listed the house with two agents not named Ginger Dawson or Wendy Jackson. Not only did we not get any offers, but we also barely got second showings. Enter Ginger – and her equally capable business partner Wendy Jackson – and things dramatically changed for the better immediately. To be clear, Ginger told us things that we didn’t want to hear. But she had the courage and confidence to initiate the uncomfortable conversations, and everything that she suggested proved to be correct.
